"Welcome to the all-new VinceAugust.com!"

Vince August on Network Television
I have been taped and become a recurring character on the new ABC hit show called "What Would You Do?" The show is a hidden camera social experiment putting unsuspecting people in a decision making scenario with professional actors. I am one of the lead characters in two upcoming episodes so tune in on Tuesday nights at 10pm. I believe my first episode will air March 17th.

Sorry... No upcoming dates are currently posted. Please check back again soon.

As you may have read in last week's email, I had the pleasure to perform for the Super Bowl Champions at their Mini Camp at Giants Stadium.

The team was as unaware that they were going to get a comedy show as much as I was unaware that I would be sitting among the players for a team meal after their practice. It was one of the coolest things I was involved with as a huge sports fan. After the team meal I was allowed to watch the rookies get a light hazing and then the team was ushered into an area set up as a comedy club.

The players were a great crowd, they were very attentive and many took a beating at my hands...including the Super Bowl MVP. Eli Manning is hands down one of the nicest athletes/people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Considering the fact I gave him a bit of a ribbing, the last thing he needed to do was come over and say "thanks" after the show. He posed for a picture and even signed a ball for me...

The worst beating, to the delight of the team, was give to the always docile and never excitable Coach...

Coach Coughlin laughed as much as anyone and I have to say, mainly at his own expense. Coach was a GREAT GUY and also made himself available afterwards for idle conversation. I guess since I didn't get called for holding, offside and didn't turn the ball over...he had nothing but praise.

Finally, I met a player who was not only a great guy but someone who shared stories about his former teammate, friend and my personal hero Pat Tillman. Grey Ruegamer must have hung out for about a half hour just talking about all kinds of things and he couldn't be any nicer of a guy...

This was an amazing night and I have to thank the management at the Times Square Comedy Club and Lynn with the New York Giants. This was an unforgettable night. Thanks to all.
